By accessing EarthSight.ai or the EarthSight platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or platform.
Use of the service
You may use EarthSight only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your customer agreement, if any. You will not attempt to interfere with the security or availability of the platform.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials issued to you and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.
Intellectual property
The EarthSight name, logo, platform, models, documentation, and content are owned by EarthSight Technologies Ltd or its licensors and are protected by law. Nothing here transfers ownership of any of it to you.
Customer data
You retain ownership of data you submit to the platform. You grant us the rights needed to operate and improve the service on your behalf, subject to our Privacy Policy and any customer agreement.
Third-party data
The platform incorporates third-party data — satellite imagery, weather feeds, and public datasets. Use of that data may be subject to additional licenses referenced in the platform documentation.
No warranty
The site and platform are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Forecasts and predictions are probabilistic and should not be treated as guarantees. Do not rely on EarthSight as a sole source for life-safety decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarthSight will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to EarthSight Technologies Ltd's principal place of business.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
