Overview
EarthSight Technologies Ltd ("EarthSight", "we", "us") builds an Earth intelligence platform. This policy explains what we collect from visitors, waitlist signups, and customers, and how we handle it. It applies to EarthSight.ai and our platform.
Information we collect
Account and contact details you provide (name, email, company, country). Product usage and telemetry needed to operate and secure the platform. Content you submit through forms — demo requests, waitlist signups, and support messages. We do not sell personal data.
How we use information
To respond to inquiries, deliver the platform, invoice customers, and improve the product. To send operational and product communications; you can opt out of non-essential messages at any time. To meet legal, security, and audit obligations.
Data hosting & security
The platform runs on Amazon Web Services with encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (KMS-managed keys). Access is restricted via IAM, role-based controls, and audit logging. Region-locked data residency is available for government tenants.
Third parties
We use a small set of subprocessors for infrastructure (AWS), analytics, and communications. Where subprocessors process personal data on our behalf, we contract them to at least the standard of this policy.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. Contact hello@earthsight.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time frame consistent with applicable law.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
Children
EarthSight is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date.
